Three-Cheese Tortellini in a Tomato Basil Sauce

A gourmet meal in minutes. Serve with a green salad and a sourdough baguette.
18 ounces DiGiorno® three-cheese tortellini, cooked al dente and drained
Cook tortellini al dente according to package directions.
3 cups canned tomato sauce
In a large saucepan, heat tomato sauce over medium heat.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1⁄2 cup half-and-half
1⁄2 cup fresh basil, slivered
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon large grind black pepper
1 cup shredded Asiago cheese, divided
In a large sauté pan, place olive oil and half-and-half over medium-low heat. Add cooked tortellini and basil, stir, and simmer for 2 minutes, or until tortellini is heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
T O SERVE
Spoon 1⁄2 cup tomato sauce onto 6 warm plates. Toss 1⁄2 cup Asiago cheese into tortellini mixture and mound in center of each plate. Sprinkle each serving with the remaining Asiago cheese.
