A gourmet meal in minutes. Serve with a green salad and a sourdough baguette.

18 ounces DiGiorno® three-cheese tortellini, cooked al dente and drained

Cook tortellini al dente according to package directions.

3 cups canned tomato sauce

In a large saucepan, heat tomato sauce over medium heat.

2 tablespoons olive oil

1⁄2 cup half-and-half

1⁄2 cup fresh basil, slivered

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1⁄4 teaspoon large grind black pepper

1 cup shredded Asiago cheese, divided

In a large sauté pan, place olive oil and half-and-half over medium-low heat. Add cooked tortellini and basil, stir, and simmer for 2 minutes, or until tortellini is heated through. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon 1⁄2 cup tomato sauce onto 6 warm plates. Toss 1⁄2 cup Asiago cheese into tortellini mixture and mound in center of each plate. Sprinkle each serving with the remaining Asiago cheese.
